Our Link Apartments® Team is dedicated to ensuring your move in is smooth and stress free! Part of that process is making sure your home is move-in ready by freshening your home with a fresh coat of paint, hiring our professional cleaners to sparkle and clean every inch, and our Link Apartments® Service Team performing our own Link Apartments® quality control checklist!
Parking is available to residents in our gated parking garage! Our garage also has building entrances on every level, so it's just a short walk down the hall to get to your apartment. Parking is $30 per month per car. Additional restrictions may apply, please speak with your Link Apartments® Team for more details.
All apartments include a full-size energy-efficient washer and dryer at Link Apartments® Grant Park.

The Kroger supermarket within walking distance makes grocery shopping a breeze, and the Starbucks gives you the energy to accomplish all your daily goals. Looking for a day on the town? We're located steps away from the beltline, so you can hop on your bike to explore the Grant Park neighborhood and beyond.
We can't wait to see you make your Link Apartment your HOME! The apartment must be returned to its original condition at move out, and charges will apply if the apartment is not restored at move-out. Please speak with your Link Apartments® team for additional information.
Submit regular service requests 24/7 on the Link Apartments® App or your online resident portal! For the fastest response to emergency after-hours maintenance requests, please call us at 404.963.9246. Your Link Apartments® home is our priority. We expect to complete all requests within 24 hours and will let you know if that is not possible!
Trash and Pest Control is a combined fee of $12 monthly. If applicable, parking is $30 monthly per car and pet rent is $10 monthly per pet.
You are responsible for your water, electric, and internet/cable. Water is submetered and can be paid with your monthly rent through the Link resident portal. You must set up your electric with Georgia Power prior to move in. You can choose between Xfinity, Google Fiber, and AT&T for fiber internet and cable.
For emergency maintenance, please call 404.963.9246 to report issues immediately. For non-emergency and routine maintenance, please submit requests through your Link Apartments® App or online resident portal.
We offer after-hours emergency maintenance for fire, sewage backup, no electricity, water intrusion, door locks not secure (lockout service is not an emergency), broken windows or other unsecured entry point, gas leaks, entry gate broken, lost fob (when resident does not have access to cell phone), clogged toilet, no heat (if under 60 degrees), no air conditioning (if over 80 degrees), no hot water, refrigerator not cooling, mold and mildew, lift station failure, carbon monoxide alarm, frozen pipes, backed up kitchen sink, clogged toilet (if only 1 toilet in apartment) and wild animal in apartment.
Easily pay rent with an eCheck, Debit or Credit Card on the Link Apartments® mobile app or resident portal! Kindly note, the portal is only open for online payments on the 1st - 5th of every month. If setting up a new bank account on your resident portal, please follow the instructions on the portal to confirm your account. Confirming a new bank account could take 1-3 business days.
Yes! Your Link pup will have a fenced-in turf dog park to let our their zoomies while you relax with neighbors. We also have a 24/7 Link Paws Spa with dog wash and professional blow dryer so you can keep your pup clean after a day of ATL adventures!
We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. The non-refundable pet fee is $300 for 1 pet and an additional $250 for 2 pets. Monthly pet rent is $10/pet. Additional breed restrictions may apply. Visit our Link Pets page for more details.

We are located less than 1/2 mile from a Beltline access point! Not to mention we're only about 1 mile from the nearest Marta Station. Spend the day exploring Grant Park and don't forget to stop by Zoo Atlanta, located only 1 mile from our Link Apartments® Community.
We require all applicants to meet our screening requirements for criminal, credit, civil court, and rental history. Our income requirements are 3 times the monthly rent. Please contact your leasing specialist for a detailed list of our residential criteria.
Easily lease your ultramodern Link Apartment online! You can do that from the floor plan page on our website. Our non-refundable application fee is $75 per adult. Our lease reservation fee is $350 per apartment. The reservation fee is non-refundable should the applicant cancel the lease. If the applicant is denied during the screening process, the fee will be refunded. If the applicant moves in, the fee will be credited to the first month’s rent.
